Oreos and Milk
Not so good, looking, I must say. Most of the nutrition was from the milk and the Oreos seem to add calories and 37% of fat. The blue rectangles are the amounts of vitamins while the yellow rectangles are the amounts of minerals. The macronutrients are shown below where the green is the fat added.

This was my challenge. Hmmm, I thought. So, after my revolutionary idea, I obtained this profile..
Oreos and Milk - Enhanced
WOW!! Now the vitamins and minerals per serving are through the roof! Notice, also that the total calories is only slightly increased as well.
How did I do it??? I ADDED to them.... a Salmon and Vegetable Salad .
By having a solid balanced meal, you can have the Oreos...but please use skim milk!
